Shooting Gamma Ray / CCL

Memory depth correlation tool for slickline and coiled tubing operations, used to identify completion features and determine plug setting depths.

The Shooting Gamma Ray / CCL assembly records completion features to correlate tool depth with the completion tally. It can be deployed on slickline or coiled tubing to log the section of interest and help determine plug setting depths.

The assembly combines a battery housing, memory controller and sensor section. A line management system records depth through an encoder connected to the slickline or coiled tubing unit. Downhole measurements and depth data are then combined into a log for depth correlation.
