Non-explosive dump bailer for controlled release of cement and other materials in the wellbore, using programmed time, temperature and motion conditions.
The ID CEM Memory Dump Bailer controls the release of cement, acid, plastic or other materials in the wellbore without explosives.
The actuator opens a flow-through port only when the programmed time, temperature and no-motion conditions are met. During deployment, a sealed valve keeps the material contained in the bailer body until the release sequence is activated.
Multiple bailer tubes can be used with one actuator, allowing faster subsequent runs.
