Multi Arm Caliper Imaging

Internal tubing and casing profile measurements to assess corrosion, wear and mechanical deformation and support workover planning.

Multi Arm Caliper Imaging provides a detailed internal profile of tubing, casing and completion assemblies. The measurements help operators assess corrosion, wear and mechanical deformation, plan remedial work and track tubular condition throughout the life of the well.

The ProMAC series uses 24, 40 or 60 individually measured fingers to record the internal profile at 50 frames per second. Inclination and rotation data are acquired simultaneously to support interpretation.

Tools operate in Surface Read Out or memory mode, with data processed and presented using Warrior software.
